Mr. Tarkin performs a thorough inspection of the home or building. 
Mr. Tarkin's service is personalized - he inspects each home and writes the individual report.
The prospective buyer should accompany Mr. Tarkin on the inspection. During the inspection, Mr. Tarkin provides an ongoing, informal verbal report, and asking questions is highly encouraged.
With respect to foreclosure properties, Mr. Tarkin can perform inspections on homes in the absence of heat and hot water; however, the inspection will be limited due to the inability to inspect the operability of those systems.Following the home inspection, Mr. Tarkin prepares a 20-30 page comprehensive written report.
